The only way we can guarantee you have an authentic Parfums de Marly product is, if the product has been purchased on our official website, in one of our boutiques, or in one of our authorized retailers.

Where is the best place to store my fragrance?

The best place to store your fragrance should be in a dark and cool space with stable temperature. Light and high temperatures should be avoided.

What is the shelf life of Parfums de Marly fragrances?

The shelf life begins with the first spray. Once the scent has been introduced to air, allowing for 3 years shelf life if it is stored properly.

How can I know the expiration date of Parfums de Marly fragrances?

There is no “strict” expiration date for perfume unlike cosmetic products, but an optimal date of use. The advice period is 36 months; however, this depends on the storage conditions which should be without light, no humidity, and no warm temperature.

All our fragrances are made in France.

Is Parfums de Marly cruelty free?

Yes, we are cruelty free. All our products are made in France according to European regulations.

Are your fragrances vegan?

There is no animal substance in our fragrances. Musk and ambergris which can be used are synthetic.

Are your fragrances all natural?

No, some of the ingredients used are synthetic.

Where do I find the ingredients in the products?

Are your fragrances hypoallergenic?

All Parfums de Marly fragrances are subjected to toxicological and allergy testing and are all produced in compliance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) regulations. However, for more specific information we recommend contacting our Customer service.

Why I have two fragrances with 2 different addresses?

18 rue Marbeuf in Paris was our old address. Our new address is 4 rue de la Paix, Paris.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, every purchase on our e-shop comes with two complimentary samples.

Do you sell samples?

We only sell a discovery set with our most loved fragrances which is a perfect introduction to the world of Parfums de Marly.

No, our prices are VAT inclusive without customs duties.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided with all the tracking information.

What are the delivery timings?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order and payment.
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
We offer fee shipping. The approx. delivery timing is between up to 7 days.

RETURN

Can I return or exchange my order?

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at manager@parfumsdemarlyboutique.com with details of the product and the defect.
