FOCUS ON

A true jewel of Haute Parfumerie, the damascena rose lies at the
heart of Parfums de Marly’s most iconic creations, including the
Delina collection. A floral signature of elegance, opulence,
and timeless allure.

Grown in ideal conditions and hand-harvested at dawn—when
the morning dew protects its freshness—this exceptional rose is
then meticulously distilled to preserve the full richness of its scent.

It takes 4,000 kilograms of freshly picked roses to produce just 1
litre of damascena rose essence, resulting in a fragrance of
unparalleled intensity and depth.

One of the rarest treasures in Haute Parfumerie, natural oud
enriches iconic creations such as Layton Exclusif and Haltane. Its
deep and rich scent embodies true luxury and timeless elegance.

Extracted from the heart of agarwood, oud is formed through a
slow, centuries-long natural transformation—making each drop a
true rarity.

Though deeply rooted in oriental traditions, natural oud finds a
modern, refined expression in the world of Parfums de Marly.
Its intense, resinous, and woody scent gives each composition a
complex character that is at once mysterious, warm, and
profoundly sensual.

One of the most precious and universal raw materials, Bourbon
vanilla is intimately linked to the world of Parfums de Marly.
Shining at the heart of AlthaĆÆr, the Madagascar Bourbon vanilla is
a direct descendant of the first vanilla introduced to France in
the 18th century.

It was during this time that, like cocoa, vanilla was brought from
Mexico and introduced into the royal greenhouses at Versailles.

Extracted from the pods of a plant closely related to the orchid,
Bourbon vanilla is cultivated through a process requiring patience
and expertise. Its careful harvesting, carried out entirely by hand,
ensures the highest quality, continuing the royal heritage of
this exquisite ingredient.

Known as ā€˜black gold’ by perfumers, Bourbon vanilla has a rich,
smooth, and warm character. Striking a delicate balance between
sweetness and depth, this noble ingredient gives each fragrance a
unique and timeless signature.
