CAN I RETURN A HOLIDAY PURCHASE?

Holiday purchases are subject to the same return policy as regular orders.

We accept returns of products purchased through our official website within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unused and sealed in their original packaging.

Please note that Discovery Sets and engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All complimentary gifts (excluding 1.5 ml samples) must be included in the return.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team.

  • France : delivery time is 2 to 4 working days with Colissimo.

  • Europe : delivery time is 3 to 6 working days with DHL.

  • United Kingdom : delivery time is 3 to 6 working days with Royal Mail.

  • United States : delivery time is 2 working days via FedEx, or overnight shipping for $30.

  • Canada : delivery time is 3 to 6 working days with FedEx.

Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM.
